American Psycho II: All American Girl (2002)
We find out that Christian Bale (Patrick Bateman) was indeed a criminal as the only survivor (Mila Kunis) tells us (also negating the end of the original movie). She finally kills everyone who gets in her way, gets the TA position, goes into the FBI academy, and becomes a Special Agent. The shrink thinks he cracked the case and writes a bestselling book and goes on tour to promote it, where he meets Rachael, who is known to the everyone else as Elizabeth McGuire.
